Damaged on receipt: Please notify us, by email / contact us, within seven days of receipt of the goods so we can arrange a replacement. On those occasions where a damaged/ faulty product needs to be returned, Lotties Vintage Home will refund any postage charges incurred.
Unwanted: If a product is not faulty, but is unwanted, the customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the goods to inform us of their decision to return the item. We can only accept returns of unused items. Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer and a full refund of the goods will be processed upon receipt of the goods.
Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.
